You can only unlock this achievement when you reach World Tour Stage 4. In this stage, you'll get the opportunity to play against "real" teams. Simply beat any of them in any challenge to unlock the achievement.

For the record, I beat Inter Milan in my first game in Stage 4 in a Freestyle (First to 2,500 points) match to unlock this in Rio Mountain Vista.
