Really simple achievement. It should come just through playing World Tour as per normal, but if you're really itching to get it, matches against an afk second controller can help a lot. Note that you have to score 100 goals with your CREATED PLAYER, as in, your main character.

Also, if you want to check how many goals you've scored, just click (back) on the controller to see the news feed. On the right should be your main character's profile, and one of the sub-headings should be 'Goals'. Hope this helps.
