You unlock new celebrations (both low and high intensity) when your virtual pro reaches Level 5. Keep playing games with your pro until he reaches this level. You should then go to "edit player" and scroll to the "celebration" tab. Select any of the unlocked low and high celebrations.
You do not need to "perform" these celebrations as the game does it automatically when you score. So just play a game and score a couple of goals, and the achievement should unlock. For me, it unlocked when my pro scored 2 goals in a game after I selected the celebrations. |

This is my way on how to get the achievement
Go to a ranked online match, leave your controller to play itself, the computer will take over and then when your team scores a goal, the computer will do a customised celebration
