While you are playing a mission, when you press start you will see a checklist of objectives to accomplish in each level. These also include completing the level without dieing and finding all mugs on each level.( Finding the Drawings on the levels are not necessary for this achievement). Once you do this on all levels you will get this achievement.

If you have a hard time with any of these collectibles, follow this guide. It is a great guide that I found on Youtube which was created by chimanruler15. Following this guide, you will get every single collectible in the entire game.
I highly suggest that you start the original playthrough on NORMAL difficulty. Get all of the collectibles and finish the game. You should get every single achievement but 2 by the end. You can also obviously while playing this and following the videos learn the levels very well. Then you can play through twice more, once with Charming difficulty and the other time the Grimm difficulty and just zoom through it as you no longer need any collectibles :)
