Here are the coloring book locations

The Docks:
After leaving the building jump onto the top ledge and the page should be there

Pirate Ship:
The page is in the very first room but you cannot reac it until you become the cat a little later in the level. Once you become the cat go back to the first room and double jump off of the boxes towards the camera to get the page. Credit to MacHuffy

Ye Old Ruins:
Smash the light posts in front of the big door. The page is in one of them.

Ye Old Road:
When walking down the dirt path watch for a break on the left side in between two pillars. The page should be there.

Academy Grounds:
At the grass dragon sculpture smash all of the surrounding smaller grass sculptures and the page will appear in the middle.

Prison Cell Block:
The page is down the hold that you float down. Circle the area until you see it and if you miss it you can go back up and try again.

High High Peak:
After beating the first set of flying bats and crossing the bridge there is a slope going down to the side. The page is sitting at the bottom of it.

Ice Lake:
After you hit the button to open the door with Artie, follow the coins moving towards the camera until you reach the page.

Ice Cave:
The page is in the second snowman.

Prison Detention Centre:
Immediately at the beginning of the level: Turn backwards and smash the crate.

Forest Ambush:
In one of the cannons that you smash.

Merlin's Hills:
Merlin knows magic - When you take out the first set of pirates shooting projectiles your way, run past them and toast the cannon to reveal this page.

Evil Queen's Castle:
On a bookshlef in the room with the spinning platforms. Jump onto the highest platform and then onto the bookshelf.

Stromboli's Workshop:
In the room with the teeth. Knock the present down onto the lower level and push it next to the ramp. Continue up the ramp and the page should be on the left side.

There is a series of rooms that look the same and the page is in the first one. When you first enter there is a platform moving up and down jump on it and then jump on to the next one.

Rundown Streets:
Right after crossing the bridge there are a bunch of pillars and a cannon that is shooting at you. The page is on the pillar that is doublestacked. Block the cannon balls with your body so that they don't knock over the pillars. Once you have destroyed the cannon go back and jump onto the pillar to reach the page. Credit to MacHuffy

Grand Finale:
In a barrell on the stage.
