To get this ending you have neglect to help officer cunningham at the start.
Provoke JP Sater at the devils pit.
Then at the very end of the game, choose to save officer cunningham.
To ensure this ending when playing through the game kill enemys and not just incap them. |

Just earned this yesterday.
There are two factors here, wether you killed Cunningham at the end, and your Karma score.
Requirements:
- Spare Cunningham at the end, use Y to use the Boogeymans shockwave attack to hit her several times. If you die, you get ending F but can Continue from the Menu and try again.
- Have a Negative Karma, thus is done by not trying to save Cunningham in the beginning, being a dick to JP before he jumped and/or killing monsters that are incapacitated (lying on the ground).
It's worth noting, I tried to save Cunningham and tried to convince JP not to jump, but killed every enemy I came across and still got this ending. So just kill a lot, you'll get it easily. |
