You should get this achievement without going for it, when and enemy spots you and starts chasing you all you need to do is run away from it until you can see it and it stops pursuing you. This achievement popped for me when i was running back and forth between multiple side quests, if you do not have this achievement before leaving silent hill i recommend getting it before you leave as after the point of no return you can not really run away from enemies.
