Chronological order (all side quests and collectibles with pictures). This will list all 54 collectibles, even though you only need 53 to complete. It will also detail each side quest and makes sure you do as far less backtracking as possible.

This is a glitch. After you complete the Centennial building part and you are free to roam silent hill again, go back to the entrance of the Centennial building and there will be a mystery. Pick it up then run back to the top of the stairs in the park which brought you there, go back down and pick up the mystery again. Repeat until the achievement pops. You can check your stats and see how many you have. It will pop at 53.
