Good chance to do this is when you go for your Icarus achievement., located in the Red Zone. Simply jump off the highest point of the building and glide your way down using dash intermittently.
Having the second and third air dashes unlocked through the movement section of your evolution tree and through the locomotion section of your mutations may give you the extra seconds you need if you're having trouble.

You can also take a helicopter to the top of the game world and jump out and glide from there with some dashes for good measure. Helicopter piloting becomes available at the entrance to the Red Zone.
