You can get this achievement right after you unlock the Hammerfist from defeating the Juggernaut in area two "Green Zone" While you're still in the Lair, jump into any crowd of infected and hold X to use the Hammerfist. *Lair's are the BioHazard Symbol on the map*

While you're still in the Lair, you can also get the:

Prototype 2 You're the Bomb The You're the Bomb achievement in Prototype 2 worth 13 points10 or more kills using a single Bio-Bomb.


Just go up to one of the infected and stick a Bio Bomb to them. Throw them into a larger crowd of infected and the achievement is yours. Lair's are definitely the easiest way to unlock both of these achievements.
