I got this when attacking the Northernmost lair in Fulton, which is the Northwest territory in the Green Zone. When you first walk in, you fight one Brawler, and after you kill him you fight two. There are lots of infected around so you can eat them for Health and mass to power your devastator, which is used by holding Y & B. Unlike the first Prototype, Ground and Air Devastators are no longer separate moves, which means you can use this while airborne immediately, which is a great improvement.
The Brawlers are susceptible to Tendril attacks. Hitting them directly while standing on the ground will stun them and give you prompts to use X or B to take off significant chunks of their health. I accidentally killed one early the first time I tried this, as the Brawlers are poorly armored (and I'm playing on Hard).
I had one down to 20% health when I accidentally put the other one into stun state, and it was bleeding out to death. I used the Devastator and took them both out, so you don't need to feel too pressured about how much health they have when you use this.
If you accidentally kill one too soon, just reload the checkpoint and try again. Please let me know if you have any questions in the comments section and I will expand this solution if necessary.
EDIT: As I played through the game, I learned the third tier Devastator kills Brawlers with full health. Since they hunt in packs in the Red Zone, finding two together is simple once you're there. Just use a maxxed out Devastator and this will pop. |
