Best done when you first gain access to the shield. 5-10 guys storm the room your in with rocket lauchers, just wait for the pop-up at the top of the screen telling you to press RB and if timed right you should reflect the rocket right back at them.

Mission - Feeding Time
Defeat the Juggernaut in the facility to unlock the Shield ability (RB)
After unlocking your new ability several enemies storm in equipped with Rocket Launchers and start firing away at you. Only worry about the blue beams pointing at you, those are the rockets that if not blocked will hit you. Time your blocks carefully to send the rocket back at the opposing force. If you hold down the targeting button (LT) the deflected rocket will be hurled away to that target.
