| Once you progress to the Red Zone you will obtain the Whipfist during a story mission. Once you have it, with it equipped, target a helicopter and hit B to mount. Do note that you have to be standing on a surface to do this, Heller won't use the Whipfist to mount if you're airborne, and that it has to be an airborne Helicopter. Parked ones do not count. |

You need to acquire the whipfist skill in the Last Resort Mission by defeating the female evolved. Then go find yourself a helicopter, go near it and hold LT. Then press B to pull yourself right into it.
