The easiest way in my opinion is to load up the level "I NOW KNOW WHY YOU CRY" (ECHO SIX EXPANSION PACK 1 DLC)
When you meet nemesis he will blow up a gate that will give you access to a park after that he will blow up the grate to the sewer (or you can blow it up with C4 when you play as TWEET the C4 is located near a ammo box were nemesis blows up the gate and a second C4 at the crashed helicopter in the park)
There will be a couple of lickers in the sewer 3 i believe so you can concentrate easy on one of them when they grab a teammate than just kill it quikly (i did it on casual with a machine gun).
You also can get the "BOOM WORSE THAN BITE" achievement (13 bomb dogs detonated)
When you enter the sewer just ignore the zombies and run to the end of it around the corner there will be 2 bomb dogs just throw some grenades in the corner and than let yourself get killed or kill yourself.
Keep doing this till the achievement pops.
