This Secret Achievement is known as "Clingy". You achieve this by killing 13 Parasite Zombies over the span of the game(Lifetime). The parasites look similiar to a scorpion with six legs or for those familiar with the Aliens series, it looks like one of them after they hatch. Once it becomes a host on a Zombie you will need to kill 13 of them. I found the easiest way to do this is by using your melee attack, or you can just shoot them. If you choose option two aim for the parasite for a quicker kill.
