I attained this one at the start of the level Gone Rogue in Free Play Campaign Mode.

After opening the door at the beginning, I immediately grabbed the first zombie in sight and shot the head off the next one. (Hold B to grab zombie.)

There were a few others, but my team took them out quickly.

After that i walked towards the bus and saw 5 red barrels with 2-4 zombies around it, I was close enough that after shooting the barrels the blast took out the zombies and also killed my shield.

I'd highly suggest making sure you have at least 3-4 zombies around the barrel before shooting to ensure your success.

Also look out for crimson heads because a few come out when your getting close to the barrels.

This is really easy to get if you have DLC pack#2. You start just outside the hospital (level 5) with loads of zombies around. Take out the bomb dog, grab a zombie and then kill 5 other zombies. Even if you don't manage to kill 5 of the first bunch, you can keep your zombie as shield and walk down the street, where there is 3 more, plus some bursting through a door at the end.
