An easy way to get this is to go into an AC test (from the workshop page). Before you start the test, change the settings to give you target 4 (a bipedal AC), 5 (tank AC) or 6 (quad AC), and then beat the opposing AC. Because it's just a test, you can repeatedly change your own AC and keep trying, since there's no ammo/repair costs.

There is an AC on Story Mission 01 at the end, so make sure you go to the garage and repair before entering the tunnel.

He appears half way through detroying the train. He's pretty simple but is fast and does a damaging sword attack. Strafe backwards and unload everything you have.
