This is story related and so cannot be missed.

SPOILER ALERT:

It will pop after you kill the dude in the red cloak you originally at the end of day one. TBH, he was unbelievably easy, especially after the earlier fight with the big mechanised boss - all I did was XXY, left trigger dodge to get behind him, XXY, rinse and repeat. I would say good luck, but you won't need it!!
