This can be obtained simply by story-progression. You can miss them. The achievement will unlock once you reach "The Bog of Murk" and collect the Chopper Helmet right at the beginning of the stage when you fall from the sky. Just bounce across the mushrooms and there will be a teensie cage you have to break and it will drop the power up. Happy Hunting!!
