To get this simple achievement, just complete the game (Silent Hill 3) on any action/riddle level and you will get the Normal ending. Since it's your first playthrough, you will automatically get the Normal ending so you don't have to worry about getting one of the other two. The achievement unlocks after the final cutscene.
