To make almost every Achievement a lot easier in SH3 you should first unlock "Beginner Action Difficulty" setting and this guide is for how to unlock it:
Basically you just have to die enough times on Normal mode.
Here's how I did it fast:
1. Start the game on "Normal" Action and Riddle Difficulty.
2. Let the first enemy kill you Nightmare part or complete it normally.
3. Make your way to the first save point in the Mall Toilet and save your game.
4. Run to the place where the first "real" creatures are.
5. Let them kill you.
6. Then continue from your save and redo steps 4-6 until the game notifies you that you have unlocked "Beginner Action Difficulty" setting.
I needed to die 10 times until I unlocked it.
Beginner is a lot easier than Easy. You can one-shot almost every creature, bosses should die from couple of bullets and you're almost invincible.
After you have unlocked it, you can turn it on from Extra Options menu. To go there you must press LB or RB on the regular Options menu.
NOTE: After you unlock Beginner mode start a new game on Easy Action and Riddle difficulty and then turn Beginner on from your Options if you haven't done it already in Main Menu. |
