You will fight Nelo a third and final time at the end of mission 17. He will teleport now all over the place. He will also sometimes teleport up in the air and send swords that will circle you. You can shoot at him while he is up high but just be careful to dodge the sword attacks. Once he is dead you will get the Sparta sword and the mission will end. The cheevo will pop once the mission ends.
