You only need to do the last race of each cup in the Chili to get the achievement. An easy way is to use a fully upgraded car to win as many points as you can before the final race of each cup. Then switch to the Chili to do the last race. If you did well in the previous races, you won't have to finish first and you'll win the cup anyway. There are 8 cups in the Derby class.

And remeber! Unupgraded Chili...
