Level any gun to level 3. Doing this with Ebony and Ivory is pretty quick. If you want to unlock this as soon as possible. Repeat playing mission 1. Takes less than 2 minutes and you can unlock it after leveling it to level 3. That and Leveling E&I is pretty helpful as they are high rate of fire and decent damage at any range.
