To get this achievement, you must find Aubrey's hand. I figured completing her map quests would award you this but it does not, it only gives you armour pieces. Please see my video for exact location of Miss Aubrey's missing appendage.
It has been bought to my attention that you must complete Aubrey's map questline first before the crab will offer her hand. She always gives you the first of 3 pieces of the map, leaving you to find the last 2. They are all found in chests inside the dungeons and I believe possibly one or two in flotsam piles. If you are vigilant searching whilst doing the main story quests, you should find them all. I didn't go out of my way to find any.
Please note, the achievement will pop as soon as you loot the hand. I already had the achievement when I made this video. Hope it helps.

| When you have Problems to find all Scattered Fragment Locations than use this GREAT Video Guide and at the end of the video you find the location for the 'Give her a Hand' Achievement.
