The times are listed but,it doesn't explain how to get the achievement.It does but here are some tips-
1-Use Kenny.Kenny's power is to jump high which is better to collect time particles from high places.
2-Visit all secret areas in the level.There are usually alot of time particles in secret areas (Don't forget you can switch) I got this achievement before you could switch so this was a pain in the ass.
3-Solo or co-op.It really depends who you are playing with but i prefer solo because the camra stays only on yourself.However,if you suck at this game,you can just find someone to boost with online easily.
4-Boss Levels.Really are tough especially Manbearpig.Here are some tips-STAY ON THE MIDDLE PLATFORM.When he runs toward you jump and to the crate and hit him.Now just repeat.But there is a portal you need to jump in at the end and the timer WILL KEEP ON GOING.So don't fuck around.
There is a few tips all the other levels aren't to bad.
