Please search for my city "INTERCEPTOR", and play the event "Air Frags"
Or find the city by searching for those by TickTockRob.
It's a Frag Attack event with plenty of jumps. Simply ensure you're surrounded by cars as you lead up to a jump, which may involve slowing down. Then, when in flight, activate your boost a moment after the nose of your car has started to point downwards. You'll then not fly over the cars, but frag them.
I checked my Air Frags stat in the Progress -> Player Statistics menu, and this was going up. I was one away after one event, and could easily have gotten all ten had I not been messing about.
I did find though that after I had reached over 10, the achievement didn't pop straight away.
I then thought it must only count in racing events, so I changed my city's event to a Race, and then went to start it so I could try it out, and POP I got the achievement just as the race was starting - I hadn't even taken control of the car yet.
So get 10 air frags via this event, and then start an actual race event, and the achievement should pop.
Please let me know how you find this - if it works for you and if the achievement pops when you start a race event, or simply any other event.
I heard from the other solution that they only count if you activate your boost while your car is in the air - I can't confirm this, as this is the technique I was doing anyway. |
