He is located in the Idylla Under Sewers.
I found it just by exploring (no quest is required to access him). But if you don't want to run around this area twice, wait until you have the quest to recover Arkes' Circlet. It's beyond a hidden door past the tomb.

---SPOILERS---
for this achievement you will need a Detect Hidden skill of level 5 plus
further in the main quest you will need to recover Arkes' Circlet in the sewer of Idylla.
once you have recovered Arkes' Circlet, pass along the the tomb and follow the path with all the Jumps. under your way you will meet a hidden door, enter it and follow the path along till you need to jump down for the second time after the hidden door. you will land in some water. up dry there stands the strange almain, talk to him.
And *Ding* achievement unlocked
I am not sure if he is the only one as the discription of the achievement says "You've found A strange almain..." |
