There are 3 different Gametypes that you need to win to get this achievement. These gametypes are Standard, Wonder and Conquest. You can choose which gametype you want by clicking the dropdown bar on the left hand side of screen after you have selected the skirmish hall and choose the one you want to play.

An easy way to get this is to Set the game as a 2v1, put your ally on unstoppable difficulty and leave the other enemy on standard (if you really want to you can set it up so you have 3 allys on unstoppable to make it go a little faster). Now you can let the game idle or play along aswell (Sometimes if you let it idle the enemy will leave some villagers lying around and it wont end, so be carefull).

Now repeat this two more times changing the difficulty and the achievement will be yours.
