Upon completing the quest "Objective: Oxubii", you'll receive "Brennos Beckons" and be called to the city of Tylis. Once there, Brennos will charge you with a campaign to take Delphi. The first quest is "The Prescription Is Conscription" followed by "River City Rampage". After you've completed the latter, you'll need to speak with Acichorios (standing to the left of Brennos) and later Comontorios (to his right) to advance the quest line. After a fairly long series of quests given from each of the ambassadors, you'll finally arrive at "The Sack of Delphi".

The exact order of these quests are as follows...

"Brennos Beckons"
"The Prescription Is Conscription"
"River City Rampage"
"Block Buster"
"The Heat of the Night"
"Build a Bridge and Get Over It"
"Distraction Action"
"The Clash at Thermopylae"
"The Sack of Delphi"

This quest is intended for levels 20 and above but I'd recommend waiting until you're a much higher level and have some decent gear for your units as there will be a lot of enemies to clear out, not to mention several guard towers and fortresses. I was in the mid 30s when I did it and still had to rebuild my army for a second assault after my initial group got snared up and wiped out once I was inside the enemy strong hold.

At the start of the quest I'd recommend abandoning your original Town Center and build a new one in the western corner behind your yellow ally. The reason for this is so you can focus on farming resources and aging up without worrying about constantly defending your base from frequent attacks that often include siege units. I also took the left hand path once I started my approach and being on this side of the map puts you closer to your entry point. In the southern corner of the map I also created a Market and sent roughly 20 Caravans to my green ally in the east. Eventually these were all wiped out but they lasted long enough to earn me several thousand gold.

In your new base on the west side of the map, you'll want at least 30 or 40 villagers if not more. Once they have served their purpose, you can kill off about half of them to free up some space for your army. Food and Gold are the most important resources you need but you may as well clear out all the forests in the area to make room for buildings. At the start I had 12 villagers on Farms, 10 on Stone, 10 in the Gold Mine, and another 12 or so clearing out all the trees. I had one villager constantly building houses so that whenever I had enough resources to age up, I never had to wait.

Once you're fully aged up, it's time to beef up your military's strength and health. I built three Barracks and purchased each of the universal infantry upgrades for -20% training time, -30% training time, and additional health and damage. DO NOT BUY CHAMPION UPGRADE YET!! We'll do that later. While you're there, also upgrade your Woad Raiders as far as they can go. During this time it is also a good idea to build two Armories and a Bard Hall and purchase all of the upgrades in each. If you're running low on a certain resource, be sure to utilize your Market to trade one type for another. If the original market was destroyed then build another in your new base.

By now you've probably depleted all the resources in the area so take about 10 of your villagers that need work and put them on farms and kill the remaining bunch. Food will be your primary resource now that all other resources are gone and your Caravans are almost certainly dead. With more than 20 villagers on farms and a handful of others building things for you, now you can begin to build your army. For my attack, I used only Woad Raiders and Champions along with a handful of Druids and Augurs to heal and buff my units. Make sure to buy all the upgrades for them too.

Once you have an army at full population (mine was roughly 50 Champions, 40 Woad Raiders, 10 Druids, and 10 Augurs) it is time to start your first attack. LEAVE BRENNOS AT YOUR BASE!! Going along the left path you'll encounter a lot of resistance, but you should be able to survive long enough to get inside of the enemy stronghold and really do some damage. ALWAYS FOCUS ON ENEMY PRIESTS FIRST!! The Woad Raiders are very fast and can get in and murder them before they convert too many your units. Also, make sure to destroy and Temples you see so they can't create any more Priests in that area. Your Champions have very heavy armor so the guard towers and fortresses won't harm them too much and they'll easily take these buildings down. Wrap around the path and destroy the various blockades in your way and kill those Priests.

As your first army is thinning in numbers, constantly replace them back at your base so that you'll be ready for a second assault before the enemy has a chance to rebuild much. After you have a newly built army, now is a good time to buy the Champion upgrade from your Barracks as it will increase your health and damage by 35% but add an additional population count for each unit, which may have been a problem earlier, but since this is our final approach it won't matter now. It's time to finish the job. STILL LEAVE BRENNOS BEHIND!! The enemy may have rebuilt one or more fortresses in the stronghold but now that you're even stronger than before, they are as good as gone. In this area there are about six Temples and a ton of other buildings. DESTROY EVERYTHING!! Once the area is clear, take Brennos and a small escort party of about 12 Champions to the north and into the Temple. Mission accomplished and achievement unlocked. Good luck.

Below is a video of an alternate method from a very good Age of Empires player. His method takes about 25 minutes whereas mine was around 50 minutes. I could have probably saved a lot of time if I wasn't being so cautious but better to be safe than sorry I'd say.
