For this achievement you need to get 3000 kills in one scenario.
I suggest you this the in the prologoue ( the first scenario in the campaign) since there is an infinite ammount of enemies there and you don't need to watch over someone, like you need in most other scenarios.
If you missed this you could simply go to edit the prologue, just add a minor change and test play it. This will also grant you the First Design achievement.
