To get this achievement you must complete 4 quests, though they differ depending which side you take at the end of Chapter 1.
If you follow Roche's path you must complete the Endrega(Chapter 1), Nekker(Chapter 1), Rotfiend(Chapter 2) and Gargoyle (Chapter 3) contracts. These can all be found on the notice boards in the different areas, Flotsam, the Kaedweni Camp and Loc Muinne.

If you follow Iorveth's path you must complete the Endrega (Chapter 1) , Nekker (Chapter 1), Harpy (Chapter 2) and Garoyle( Chapter 3) contracts. Again these can all be found at the notice boards in Flotsam, Vergen and Loc Muinne respectively.
