To get this achievement, you have to find 4 reports in the Asylum, during the "In the Claws of madness" side quest given by Cedric in Flotsam.
- The first one is unmissable : it's on the chest you have to open, before the apparition of the two firsts spectrums.
- The second : just after beating two more spectrums, in the same place, you have an other chest. It's on the right wall when you jump down before the fight.
- The third : When you have found the medics for the guy on the asylum, the report is on the room just behind the spectrum just appeard.
- The fourth : Oddly, you can pick up the fourth note 2 times. One on the body of the Nilfgaardian (after beating him, off course) and one other on the chest in the room with the burning ladder and the Nilfgaardian (at the bottom) |
