Can be obtained right near the start of the game during the prologue.
When you are sent to fire the crossbow down below at the gate. Don't worry about being hit down here just clear out the enemies and fire the crossbow.
Now when you get back up to the king and move on his troops will be fighting enemies these are easy to pick off quickly without being hit as they will be distracted by combat with other soldiers, you should have no trouble getting 10 here. I did it using the A button attack rather than X speed over power.
Playing on easy might help here too. |

If, like me, you're finding this game a struggle, even on Easy (I've just started, learning curve is steep) then I've found a sneaky way to do this.
Once you arrive in Flotsam, find the Fight Club in the downstairs of the Inn, you can easily do these fights without taking any damage at all (remember to put the QTE to easy to, by turning off the 'difficult QTE' option). You'll have 3 fights here. Wait until nightfall and speak to Ziggy outside the Inn. He'll take you to the Fight Club, again, another 4 super easy fights, leaving you to only kill 3 things without taking damage.
Chose NOT to throw the fight, obviously, when the captain asks you to, and when you're wandering back to the Inn, you'll get jumped by 2 armed people who I managed to kill without taking damage, insta-freeze the first guy and kill him, repeat with the second. Then just walk outside the non-human area's exit door to the forest and you'll have one scoprion thing to kill, even for me these things are super easy to kill: LT(hold), A, B (to roll), A, B, A, B. Done.
Really hope that helps you. Try not to vote negative unless it's a genuine error, which I'll correct. But I tried to fight 'clean' with proper baddies and I was just always getting hit at some point. |

This 'chieve really isn't that hard to get. I did it in a cave outside Flotsam, on a quest for an elf woman. Place is stuffed with nekkers, perfect fodder.
Try to have the Quen sign active as much as possible; this deflects damage. Also, save often. If you rack up a few easy kills save that progress. If you reload the save after losing health I can confirm the game will still count your progress towards the achievement. That's how I got mine :) Good luck and happy hunting! |

| I've got this while I was hunting for harpies and harpy feathers in the old quarry near to Vergen and the cliffs adjacent to it, leading to the she-troll's lair. I wasn't even going for it and it just popped, though I'm not really very good at this game's combat system. |

This is simly with Triss by the Quest Rose of Memory, Triss help for Fight and yan also defeating 10 Enemys.
Best is the Nagger killing with magic of Flames and silversword |
