Skilltree Swordsman
You need exactly 6 skillpoints to unlock Combat Acumen. I advice you to spare your points until you reach 8 skillpoints to spent. After that, make a save and skill until you have 1 point in Combat Acumen, reload and spend your points in the Magic tree until you reach "Sense of Magic" (7 points needed and again reload and spend 8 points in the Alchemy tree for the "Mutant skill. 3 achievements, one reload and you can spend your points as you wish ;)
