At the beginning of chapter 2 when you have chosen Roche's side, and only then, you will get to the camp at the main questline, now the witcher wants to speak with the king but first you have to follow Zyvik, a guard who will guide you around the camp. When the tour is over you should have the achievement.

Just keep in mind that you don't convince Zyvik to take you to the king before the tour is over or you will get no achievement, that's all.
