this is an easy one to get just get combat acumen in the swordsmanship branch on your skills up to level 2 then build up the adrenaline bar the just press up on the d-pad when you have 3 enemies close to you.this must be done against human enemies otherwise it will only kill one and not the three you need for the achievement
