This is going to be by far the quickest, easiest way to get this achievement. Load the prologue and shoot the pillar. Read below and see video
As you can see in the video I shoot the pillar. It has a square inside an square design on the sides of the pillar. Aim roughly in the middle top to the middle square and shoot. See video for an excited me.

I did this on the seventh mission Karlshorst Command Post just before you uncover wolff's plan there is a long corridor where around 10 enemies all run down the corridor which gives you plenty of time to have several shots a few metres in line with them and the bullets will ricochet off the ground and hit them.
This can be done any point in the game you feel will be easiest for you. The best time to do this is when their are a lot of enemies far away from you.

On the Kaiser-Freidrich Museum level where you first encounter the Russians you'll receive a Mosin Nagant.
Go downstairs and outside up the street to the right is a bunch of soldiers being inspected by an officer. On the left of the street on a roof is a sniper facing his soldiers. Once you shoot one of the soldiers the sniper goes prone. If you are crouched to the left of the stairs you come down you'll be able to see the top of his head rubble will be blocking the rest of his face. Go into focus the red dot will appear hit the top of the rubble and it should ricochet and hit him on the face. It's right at a checkpoint if you fail, and need to redo it. |

A way I found on accident is to ricochet a shot off of a stationary MG into the operator.
Hope this makes it easier than trying to shoot one off a wall or floor. |

The better spot to do this is in the church level when you got the gewehr sniper. In front bulding you can see a sniper lay in the ground YOU MUST SHOOT ON THE WOOD GROUND close to head.
If you do it right a Slow Killcam appears. Reload checkpoint if you fail.
