Ch. 2 Roche Path - In the first camp after meeting with the king. Go to the bar tent on the northern side of camp, its the tent that has the Notices Board outside for extra sidequests. There you will see a father and son arguing. The Butcher of Cidaris Mission is given. Then go inside the tent to talk to the dad and offer to help. Then go outside and talk to the son. Lastly, go to the tent across to talk to Letande Avet to set up the fight.
After the fight you'll complete the quest by talking to the father. Then find Proximo (guy in silver on the wall looking into the pit) He will give you the option to continue fighting and earn your achievement.
