This is an easy achievement that you can do on the first level, the video has a few tips along with the I'm Alive achievement attached, but basically take your time, keep yourself at level 2 growth at the least 3 if possible to avoid death from accidentally spike falls.
Big note is to avoid instant death traps such as the soda drowning, bombs during take off from cup to cup and etc.
If you take your time and avoid the major death traps this is an easy achievement to get on the first level.
NOTE: When you die from escaping the garbage, it doesn't count as an actual death, so this can be achieved on the first stage.
