I got this on Level 4 of yello jello. Just do a full power throw right at the head of the guy in front you. It should knock him over and enrage him. The mini should do a little bounce and fall right near the guy and kill him. You can also do the same thing to the second guy after you blow up the wall. You will also unlock the achievement "In your face." Hit a monster in the head.
