You need to place the submarine in a artillery zone.

best spot mission 7 just after the crest of the hill leading to the other half of the island near a jamming tower .

There's an auto save immediately before the location wait until your ships are in place then proceed to the auto save also a good spot to get 200 artillery kills achievement use the Missouri for that achievement .

Aim slightly away from the enemies down the cliff from you as the stun can kill on impact and im unsure if that counts towards your goal.
After you have used your artillery strike cook a grenade and suicide rinse and repeat.
