This is another very simple to get one, simply load up the Foundry with one other person in a private match. Have the person that is going to die stand in the center of the circle, and have the other person hit the button. Me and my partner were getting and freezing out trying to load team attack, so we loaded up a bio hazard game and worked perfect.
