This is a cumulative cheevo and will be awarded once you kill 40 bikers.

Bikers are found on the missions where you are flying the car.

There are a few levels with bikers so don't worry if you don't get this the 1st time you see them but if you want it quickly you can simply restart checkpoint on the 1st mission and all kills will count but it shouldn't be needed.
