Load up the "Survival!" mini-game under Gravestone. Now just wait until you see an enemy throw his head in your general direction. Now just run over to it, and make sure to kick it back at that same enemy. There is a little bit of trial and error involved here, but after a few attempts, there shouldn't be much of a problem. You can view the video for some more info.
You can also get it on the Mistpeak level of the Albion board, mid-way through the level when the snowmen throw their heads at you. AI gets in the way a little bit more using this method though, and takes a lot more time for extra opportunities.

i got this by loading up survival level after finishing the grave stone level. watch for the pumpkins that throw thier heads then press A button to kick it back at them. takes a few trys of trial and error.
the other way this can be done is by loading up mist peak and goinig through the level untill you are ambushed by hollowmen hiding in snowmen and trying your luck using the same method.i found that the AI would generally kill them before they could throw thier heads |

| This video is on how to get this achievement Veg Head for kicking a snowman or a jack o'latern's head back at them i don't think it has to hit them i think it just has to be kicked in their general direction.
