Head to Level 1-15... our goal is to send the oil over the platform and into the goal. Put a fan about halfway down the platform facing up (this sends to oil toward the top of the screen) and then place your red wind at the top of the platform. It should grab the oil on the left of the platform and arc it over to the right side (so it should be turning clockwise). Now all you need is a platform or two in the space between the wind and the goal to funnel it where it needs to go! Test it a few times to tweak the positioning, but that should be it! Good luck!!

another solution is 1-7 put a platform in like this / so the top is touching the right of the pipe. then one flat so the right is touhing that so it should look like _/ and on the left of them put the turbine spinning anti clockwise so the top spins over and into the goal
final position should look like X_/ |
