The boardroom is in the beginning of chapter 6 but if you missed it go to:

CHAPTER 6
CHECKPOINT 3

Just kill the thugs and before you leave the room and destroy all the models to bag this achievement.

*NOTE*
If one of the thugs destroys a model then you will have to restart because it won't count for you.
