*You Push A Man Too Far* is the name of the achievement.

In chapter 14 after you fight Becker He has a Riot Shield and Grenade Launcher. Max will stand above his barley alive victim you will see the aiming dot. DO NOT SHOOT!! after 3 or 5 seconds the cheevo will pop.

If you shot the scumbag in the head like I did the first time around just load up:

Chapter: 14
Checkpoint: 12

It will start the cut scene at the exact part. Keep your finger off the trigger and the chevo is yours.
