You simply need to PLAY and finish 5 mutliplayer matches in each game type. You do not even need to win the matches.

The game types are:

- Conflict
- Decoy
- Saboteur
- Siege

I grabbed a pen and paper and just kept track of how many of each I played. Theoretically you could check the leaderboards, but they are TOTALLY SCREWED UP. Do not rely on the leaderboards to count for you.
