OK... You need to have a total of 50 attachment points through out your three classes (Scout, Engineer, Riflemen).. Then you need to spend them all on your primary or secondary weapons...

Each time you level up one of your classes you will receive 2 attachment points.

To spend your points go to MULTIPLAYER and then to CHARACTERS.. On your left you will see how many points you can spend for each faction (Ghost and Bodark)
